Who we are

What the form collects
The form collects your name, company, work email, optional phone, and your line about the bill or site. We use it to reply and size a system. We do not sell or share it.
What analytics collect
Product analytics count page views and show which sections people read, recording page address, referring link, approximate region, device type and browser. We do not identify you personally and run no advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while the conversation is live, then as long as a quote, warranty claim or legal obligation requires. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless a law says otherwise.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is handled with ordinary business tools for email, hosting and analytics, and shared with the manufacturer only where a technical or warranty question requires it.

You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@wattn.co. UAE law governs this policy and any dispute about it.
